Flowgen is made by one person. These are the rules of buying and using it, written the way I would say them out loud.
Last updated .
The licence costs $25 once and lets you use Flowgen on your own computers, for your own work or your clients' work. You are not buying the source code, and you cannot resell the app itself.
There is also a free tier. It needs no payment and no account, and the same rules on this page apply to it.
Flowgen does not generate anything itself. It sends your instructions to whichever AI company you connected: fal, Google, Higgsfield, Kinovi, or your ChatGPT or Claude plan. They bill you directly at their own prices. Flowgen adds nothing to that bill and never sees the money.
That means their terms apply to what you generate, on top of these. If a provider raises a price, changes a model or closes your account, that is between you and them.
You do. Flowgen claims no rights over your images, videos, workflows or Brand Kits, and puts no limit on selling what you make with it. Whatever licence the AI model you used carries still applies, so check the provider if the work is commercial.
A licence includes every version released in the two years after you buy it. After that nothing stops working: you keep every version you already received, forever, and it stays activated. Only versions released after those two years need a renewal.
Flowgen is in beta. Features move, change shape and occasionally get removed when they turn out to be wrong. The changelog records every one of those.
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back, no argument and no form. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. The free tier exists so you can find out whether the app fits before you pay at all.
Money paid to an AI provider for images or videos is not refundable by me, because I never received it.
A short list, and all of it is what you would expect:
A licence used in a way this list rules out can be cancelled. That has never happened and I would rather email you first.
Everything you make is stored on your own computer. Your provider keys are encrypted there and are never sent to me. I cannot see your workflows, your images or your prompts, which also means I cannot recover them if you lose the machine. Export a backup zip now and then.
The privacy page lists the few things that do reach me, and how to have them deleted.
Flowgen is sold as it is. I cannot promise it is free of bugs, that a provider will stay online, or that a model will keep behaving the way it did last week. If something goes wrong, the most I can be liable for is what you paid me for the licence.
That is the limit written down, not the way I intend to work. Tell me what broke and I will fix it.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and buyers get an email. Everything here is governed by the law of India, where I live and where Flowgen is built.
Questions about any of it go to [email protected] and reach me, not a queue.
