Flowgen is an app on your computer. Your workflows and everything you generate stay there. This page lists the few things that reach us, and how to have them deleted.

The dialog asks for an address before it shows the installers, and there is a skip beside it that shows the same downloads. Skipping stores nothing at all.
If you do leave one, we store three things:
We use it to tell you when a release ships and when the Mac build is signed. It is not sold, not shared, and not loaded into an advertising tool.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and takes the payment. Your card number goes to Dodo and never to us.
Dodo then tells us the payment succeeded and passes on your email, your name, your billing country, the amount, and which method you paid with, including the card network and the last four digits. We keep a copy so a sale can be matched to the licence key it bought. What Dodo holds is covered by Dodo’s own privacy policy.
A vote is counted against the same one-way visitor hash as above. No cookie, no account, and nothing that identifies you.
Your workflows, every image and video you generate, your Brand Kits, and your provider keys. The keys are encrypted, with the encryption key held in the Flowgen folder on macOS and by the operating system on Windows. Flowgen uploads none of it.
When you run a node, the app sends your prompt and any input images straight to the provider whose model you picked, using your own key or sign-in. That request does not pass through us. What the provider does with it is covered by their privacy policy.
Four things, each carrying a random install id the app makes on first launch:
Never your prompts, your images or your keys, and nothing that says what you made. There is no session recording and no analytics beyond the run counts above.
Settings, under Your data, shows everything the app holds about you and lets you change the email.
The app fetches one static file, updates.json, when it opens and at most once a day after that. It is a plain GET: no identifier, no account, no version number, nothing about your workflows. There is a switch in Settings under Version, and turning it off stops the request rather than hiding the result.
In a Cloudflare D1 database beside the roadmap votes. Only Flowgen can read it, from a dashboard behind a secret key. Cloudflare hosts it for us; Dodo Payments processes payments.
An address left on the download dialog, and the record of a purchase, stay until you ask for them to go. Ask and the row is deleted, not hidden.
Email [email protected] for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. There are not many of you yet, so it is answered by hand, within 30 days at the outside and usually the same week.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, to object to how it is processed, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Anything material gets a notice in the app before it takes effect. The longer version of this note lives in the repository, so its full history is public.
